Douro Tour, Lunch at an Award-Winning Winery and Private Cruise

Fantastic Day Trip

We had booked this tour after reading various reviews and doing the research. This tour and our guide for the day Vasco was fantastic and well worth it. Great day, great food and even better wine and port. Finished off with boat trip down the valley. Thanks Vasco and all the team that made this a super day.

Mateus Palace, History, Art and Douro Wines

It would be a shame to walk past without stopping!

A little surprised to see so few reviews, because the place is superb and full of history, it is definitely worth stopping there 2 hours to visit the gardens and the richly decorated Casa. There is a guided tour of 25' and another of 50, the first seemed already detailed, even if it was by audio-guide

Tour to the Palace of Mateus and the Douro
