Getting There

Walking
Start at Aguadilla's central plaza, known as Plaza de Aguadilla. From the plaza, head southwest on Calle José de Diego for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with PR-2. Cross PR-2 carefully and continue on Calle Santa Rosa which will lead you toward the beach area. Follow Calle Santa Rosa until it ends and turns into PR-111. Continue walking straight on PR-111 for approximately 1.2 kilometers. You will see signs for Bandera de Puerto Rico view. The view will be on your left side, and you will find a small area to enjoy the scenery.

Public Transport (Bus)
Find the nearest bus stop in Aguadilla, which is typically near the Plaza de Aguadilla. Take the local bus that heads towards PR-111. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at Bandera de Puerto Rico view. The bus ride takes about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you get off, walk a short distance back along PR-111 until you reach the viewing area on your left.

Biking
Rent a bike from a local shop in Aguadilla. Start from the central plaza and head southwest on Calle José de Diego, then turn left onto PR-2. Continue to follow PR-2 until you reach Calle Santa Rosa, then turn onto Calle Santa Rosa which will lead you to PR-111. Follow PR-111 for about 1.2 kilometers, keeping an eye out for the signage indicating Bandera de Puerto Rico view on your left. There is a small area where you can park your bike and enjoy the view.
