Starting from the Arecibo Observatory, head south on PR-625. After approximately 2 kilometers, turn left onto PR-2. Continue on PR-2 for about 5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with PR-681. Turn right onto PR-681 and follow it for about 3 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating Caño Tiburones. The exact location is at F988+WH4, Arecibo 00612. You will find parking available near the site.

From the Arecibo Observatory, you can take a local bus that heads towards Arecibo town. Look for a bus marked 'Arecibo' or 'Caguas.' Once in Arecibo town, you will need to find a taxi or rideshare service to get to Caño Tiburones, as public transportation does not go directly to the specific location. Provide the driver with the address F988+WH4, Arecibo 00612. Be prepared for a taxi fare that may range from $10 to $20 depending on traffic and time of day.

If you prefer to walk and are staying nearby, you can walk from the Arecibo Observatory to Caño Tiburones. It’s approximately a 5-kilometer walk. At this point, turn right and continue walking until you reach the destination at F988+WH4, Arecibo 00612. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
