Car
If you are driving to Montones Beach from Arecibo Observatory, head southeast on PR-625 towards PR-2. Continue on PR-2, then take the exit towards PR-466. Follow PR-466 until you reach the beach area. Look for signs indicating Montones Beach, and you will find parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Montones Beach using public transportation, take a bus from the Arecibo area that is headed towards Isabela. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they will stop near PR-466. Once you arrive at the PR-466 stop, you will need to walk approximately 10-15 minutes southwest to reach Montones Beach. Look for road signs directing you to the beach.
