Car
From Arecibo Observatory, head south on PR-625 towards PR-10. Continue on PR-10 for approximately 15 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-111. Turn left onto PR-111 and drive for about 8 miles. Then, take a right onto PR-145 and continue for another 7 miles. Finally, turn left onto 76V8+MX road, where you will find Río El Indio. Be aware that some sections of the road may be narrow and winding, so drive cautiously.
Public Transportation
From Arecibo Observatory, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to get to the nearest bus terminal in Arecibo. Once there, look for a bus heading towards Utuado. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. When you arrive at Utuado, you will need to take another taxi or rideshare service to reach Río El Indio, as public transportation may not directly service this location. Make sure to confirm the fare with the taxi driver before getting in.
