If you are starting from the center of Arecibo, walk towards the main road (PR-2) and head northwest. You will pass a few local shops and restaurants. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with PR-625. Turn left onto PR-625. Follow this road for approximately 15 minutes. You will see signs directing you to the Arecibo Observatory. Keep walking straight until you arrive at the entrance of the observatory, which will be on your right.
