If you are in central Arecibo, start by heading east on Calle De La Cruz towards Av. José de Diego. Continue straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass various shops and eateries. Look out for the large government buildings on your left. Edificio Oliver is located on Av. José de Diego, at the coordinates F7FM+2WF. As you approach, it will be on your left side, near the intersection with Calle Manuel A. Pérez.

From the Arecibo Plaza (central bus terminal), take a local bus towards the Arecibo Pueblo area. Inform the driver that you are headed to Av. José de Diego. The bus ride should take approximately 15 minutes. Once you get off, walk about 5 minutes to the east on Av. José de Diego. Edificio Oliver will be on your left side, nearby other government buildings.
