If you are in central Arecibo, start by heading east on Calle De La Cruz towards Av. José de Diego. Continue straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass various shops and eateries. Look out for the large government buildings on your left. Edificio Oliver is located on Av. José de Diego, at the coordinates F7FM+2WF. As you approach, it will be on your left side, near the intersection with Calle Manuel A. Pérez.
