Start at the main bus terminal in Cabo Rojo, which is located on Calle José de Diego. Look for the bus that heads towards Utuado. Make sure to inform the driver you want to get off at Carr. 111 Km. 48.6. The bus ride will take about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive, exit the bus and walk towards the entrance of the Caguana Ceremonial Indigenous Heritage Center, which will be a short walk ahead.

You can hail a taxi from any location in Cabo Rojo. Simply ask the driver to take you to Carr. 111 Km. 48.6, Bo Utuado, where the Caguana Ceremonial Indigenous Heritage Center is located. The ride should take approximately 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Confirm the fare with the driver before you start your journey.

If you're staying close to the center of Cabo Rojo, you might consider walking to the location. Head east on Calle José de Diego towards Avenida José de Diego, then continue straight until you reach the intersection with Carr. 2. Turn left onto Carr. 2 and continue straight until you see signs for Carr. 111. Follow Carr. 111 until you reach Km. 48.6, where the center is located. Please note that this is a long walk and may take several hours.
