Walking
From the main square of Cabo Rojo, head southwest on Calle José de Diego towards Calle Dr. Pedro L. Rojas. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle Manuel Pérez. Turn left onto Calle Manuel Pérez and walk for about 300 meters until you reach the coast. At the end of the street, you will see a sign for Pico de Piedra Beach. Follow the path leading down to the beach.

Locate the nearest bus stop near the main square in Cabo Rojo. Take a 'Guaguas' (local bus) that heads towards the beaches. Inform the driver you want to get off at Pico de Piedra Beach. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive, follow the signs directing you to the beach entrance, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the main square. Head southwest on Calle José de Diego and continue straight for about 500 meters. When you reach the intersection with Calle Manuel Pérez, turn left. Continue cycling along Calle Manuel Pérez until you reach the coast. Follow the coastline until you see the entrance to Pico de Piedra Beach.
