If you are in central Cabo Rojo, begin by heading southwest on Route 100 towards Boquerón. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Route 301. Turn left onto Route 301. Walk along this road for approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km). Keep an eye out for the Centro Interpretativo Las Salinas on your right side, which is located at the address XR42+J6F, Boquerón, Cabo Rojo 00622. There are signs along the way to guide you.

From Cabo Rojo, you can take a public bus (guagua) towards Boquerón. Look for the bus stop near the central plaza. Board the bus and request to be dropped off at the Centro Interpretativo Las Salinas. The ride takes about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you will see the entrance to the Centro Interpretativo directly in front of you.
