Walking
Starting from the Cabo Rojo Plaza, head west on Calle José de Diego towards Avenida José de Diego. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with PR-100. Turn left onto PR-100 and walk for approximately 2 kilometers. You'll see signs for the Túnel Guaniquilla. As you approach the area, look for the entrance marked 'Túnel Guaniquilla'. This walk should take about 30-40 minutes.

Public Bus
From the Cabo Rojo Plaza, you can take the public bus (Guaguas) that goes towards Boquerón. Confirm with the bus driver that they pass by Túnel Guaniquilla. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Get off at the closest stop to Túnel Guaniquilla and walk the remaining distance (about 10 minutes) to the entrance of the tunnel.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Cabo Rojo Plaza and head west on Calle José de Diego. Continue straight onto PR-100. The route is approximately 3 kilometers and should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the area of Túnel Guaniquilla, you will see the signs directing you to the entrance.
