Walking
From the center of Caguas, head towards Plaza de Recreo, a central park area. Walk along Calle Muñoz Rivera heading northeast until you reach the intersection with PR-1. Continue straight on PR-1 for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bus stop at Centro Medico. Board the bus heading to San Juan. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop near Plaza de Armas in San Juan. From there, walk south on Calle de la Fortaleza and turn left onto Calle del Cristo. The Catedral Basilica Menor de San Juan Bautista will be on your right at 151 Calle del Cristo.

From Caguas, walk to the nearest bus stop on PR-1. Take the 'San Juan' bus (usually marked with a destination sign). The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in San Juan, disembark at Plaza de Armas. From there, walk south towards Calle del Cristo which is approximately a 10-minute walk. The cathedral will be located on your right side at 151 Calle del Cristo.
