You will need to transfer at the bus terminal in San Juan to catch a bus to Fajardo. Once in Fajardo, ask the driver to drop you off at 'Las Croabas'. From there, it’s a short walk to the Reserva Natural Cabezas de San Juan. Follow the signs towards the nature reserve.
