Getting There

Walking
If you are in the town of Culebra, start by heading towards the main ferry terminal, which is located near the center of town. From the terminal, walk towards the main road (PR-251) and continue straight. Follow the road until you reach the intersection with the PR-3 road. At this intersection, you will see a bus stop where you can catch a local bus heading towards Fajardo. Make sure to confirm that the bus is going to Fajardo (it should be marked accordingly). After about 35-40 minutes on the bus, you will arrive at Las Croabas in Fajardo. Once you disembark from the bus, head towards the waterfront area. Paleta Dulce is located near the waterfront, so follow the path along the coast until you see the shop. It’s a short walk from the bus stop to the shop.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Culebra. Start from the Centro de Visitantes (Visitor Center) in Culebra and head towards the main ferry terminal. From there, take the PR-251 road towards the main intersection with PR-3. Continue on PR-3 for about 3.5 miles (5.6 km) until you reach the entrance to Las Croabas. Once you arrive in Las Croabas, follow the waterfront path, which will lead you directly to Paleta Dulce. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!

Taxi/Local Transport
For a more convenient option, you can hire a taxi from your accommodation in Culebra. Inform the driver that you want to go to Paleta Dulce in Las Croabas, Fajardo. The ride will take around 35 minutes. The taxi will drop you off near the waterfront area; from there, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Paleta Dulce. This is a great option if you want a direct and hassle-free journey.
