If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Camuy River Cave Park. Head southeast on PR-129 and follow the signs for Parque Pasivo José A. Méndez Franqui. Continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach Calle Iguina. Turn right onto Calle Iguina, and after a short distance, you will see the entrance to Parque Pasivo José A. Méndez Franqui on your left. There is no entry fee for the park.
