    If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of the Caribbean National Forest located on Route 191. Head southeast on Route 191 for approximately 4 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-193. Turn left onto PR-193 and continue for about 1.5 miles. You will see signs for Playa Fortuna. Look for the parking area directly in front of the beach, where you can park for free.

    For those using public transportation, take the public bus route from Fajardo to Luquillo (typically known as the 'Guagua'). Once you reach the Luquillo stop, get off and walk towards PR-193.
