If you're starting from the Luquillo Public Beach (Playa Luquillo), head east along Calle C. J. Figueroa until you reach Avenida Campo Rico (PR-3), which is the main road. Turn left on Avenida Campo Rico and walk north for about 0.5 miles. You'll see signs for Balneario La Monserrate indicating it's on the right. Continue until you see the entrance, which is well marked.
