Getting There

    From any point in El Yunque National Forest, head towards PR-191 South. Follow PR-191 until you reach the intersection with PR-3. Turn left onto PR-3. Continue on PR-3 for about 10 miles, passing through the towns of Río Grande and Luquillo. Look for the signs for Punta Bandera Luquillo, and take the exit towards Punta La Bandera. Follow the road until you reach the beach area. There is no entry fee for accessing the beach.
