If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of the Caribbean National Forest. Head northwest on PR-191 and continue for about 3 miles. Merge onto PR-165 and follow the signs towards Toa Baja. After approximately 7 miles, you will see signs for Playa Parchola. Turn left into the parking area which is adjacent to the beach. Parking may have a small fee, so be prepared with cash.

To reach Playa Parchola via public transportation, take a bus from San Juan to Toa Baja. Once you arrive at the Toa Baja bus terminal, you can take a local taxi or rideshare service to Playa Parchola. The taxi ride will take about 15 minutes and may cost around $15. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

If you are already near Playa Parchola and prefer to walk, head down PR-165 from the nearest bus stop or parking area. The beach is approximately a 15-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. Be cautious as the road may not have pedestrian sidewalks, and ensure you walk facing oncoming traffic.
