After approximately 1 mile, you will see signs for Public Car Terminal. Follow the signs to the Terminal de Carros Públicos, which is located on C. Méndez Vigo in Dorado. The Monumento a la constitucion de Puerto Rico is located in this area.

From the central area of Fajardo, locate the nearest bus stop (look for the public bus service). Board the bus heading towards Dorado. The ride will take about 30 minutes.
