Walking
If you are starting from the Plaza Carolina, head southwest on Ave. Luis Muñoz Marín toward Ave. A. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach Ave. 65 de Infantería. Turn left onto Ave. 65 de Infantería and walk for about 0.7 miles. You will see a sign for the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge. Continue straight and follow the pedestrian path towards the bridge.

From the Plaza Carolina, take the bus number D19 or D24 towards San Juan. Ask the driver to let you know when to get off at the stop for PR-17. Once you get off, walk towards PR-17 and follow it to the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
