Rafael is our wonderful guide for Mosquito Bay

This was a wonderful experience with our guide Rafael. He did above and beyond. He is really a bright and decent person who cares his customers as his family members. You can’t imagine he could speak perfectly fluent English and he said he learned English by himself. He gave us clear instructions for each stop we had. He is very patient and organized. The trip was about ~12 hours long in total and we feel the time passed by so quickly and seamlessly with the fun activities Rafael planned. I want to go with Rafael again.

Jet Ski Tour through San Juan Bay (21 years old to rent)

The jet ski team is an awsome group!!!

The experience was wonderful, it was me and my lady’s first time on a jet ski and we both cannot swim. 30 minutes into the tour my lady was very uncomfortable. So I stopped and waved the instructor who came immediately and took us back to the dock. It was still about a hour left on the tour and the instructor really didn’t want me to loose out on my payment so he talked me into completing the tour and it was absolutely Awsome. He even got me comfortable enough to get into the water and get some pictures. Thank you for showing concern and putting your customers first I really appreciate that.

Anthony did amazing. He was very friendly and took pictures of us. He dida great job explaining all the instructions and I felt very safe for my first time scuba diving. We saw some turtles, fish and structures in the water. It was a lot of fun.
