Ferry and Taxi
From Culebra, take a ferry from the Culebra Ferry Terminal to the Fajardo Ferry Terminal on the mainland. Once you arrive in Fajardo, exit the ferry and look for a taxi stand just outside the terminal. Take a taxi towards Luquillo and inform the driver that your destination is Carabalí Rainforest Park located at Puerto Rico 992, Luquillo. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes.

After taking the ferry from Culebra to Fajardo, you can also opt for a public bus. From the Fajardo Ferry Terminal, head to the bus stop near the terminal. Board the bus heading towards Luquillo. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off near Puerto Rico 992. From there, it might be a short walk to Carabalí Rainforest Park.
