Start at your accommodation in Culebra. Head to the Culebra Ferry Terminal, which is located in the town of Dewey. From the terminal, catch a ferry to Fajardo on the main island of Puerto Rico. The ferry ride usually takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Fajardo, you will need to arrange for alternative transportation to reach Luquillo Beach.
