Ferry
Start at your accommodation in Culebra. Head to the Culebra Ferry Terminal, which is located in the town of Dewey. From the terminal, catch a ferry to Fajardo on the main island of Puerto Rico. The ferry ride usually takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Fajardo, you will need to arrange for alternative transportation to reach Luquillo Beach.

After arriving at the Fajardo Ferry Terminal, take a local 'guagua' (public bus) that heads towards Luquillo. Make sure to ask the driver if the bus stops at Luquillo Beach, as some may have different routes. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach Luquillo, look for signs that direct you to the beach, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
