From El Yunque National Forest, head west on PR-191. Continue on PR-191 for about 5 miles until you reach the junction with PR-3. Turn left onto PR-3 South. After approximately 6 miles, you'll arrive in Luquillo. Look for signs directing you towards Playas de Puerto Rico. Once in Luquillo, turn onto Ocean Boulevard. The destination at 97HM+XG6 Ocean Blvd will be on your right. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Playas de Puerto Rico via public transportation, start by taking a bus from the El Yunque National Forest entrance to the nearest major town, which is Fajardo. From Fajardo, you will need to catch a bus towards Luquillo. The bus ride may take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Luquillo, walk towards Ocean Boulevard. The destination at 97HM+XG6 Ocean Blvd will be a short walk away. Be aware that bus schedules can be irregular, so plan your trip accordingly.
