Car
If you're driving from Caguas, head northeast on PR-1 N towards PR-30. Continue on PR-30 until you reach the exit for PR-3 N towards Fajardo. Merge onto PR-3 N and continue driving for approximately 30 minutes. You will pass through several towns including Humacao and Las Piedras. Keep an eye out for signs for Fajardo. Once you reach Fajardo, stay on PR-3 until you see Carr#987. Turn onto Carr#987 and look for Km 2.5. The snorkeling location will be on your right.

Public Transportation
To reach the snorkeling location via public transportation, first take a bus from Caguas to San Juan. From San Juan, transfer to a bus heading to Fajardo. Make sure to ask the bus driver to drop you off near PR-3. Once in Fajardo, you can either take a taxi or a local colectivo (shared taxi) towards Carr#987. Ask the driver to drop you off at Km 2.5 on Carr#987, where the snorkeling tour is located.
