Walking
If you're in the center of Dorado, begin your journey by heading west on Calle McKinley toward PR-693. Continue straight until you reach PR-165. Turn right onto PR-165 and follow the road for about 2.5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Playa Parchola. As you approach, you will see the beach on your left side. There are pedestrian pathways leading directly to the beach from the road, allowing easy access.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the main plaza in Dorado, walk to the nearest bus stop on PR-693. Board the bus heading towards Toa Baja. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Playa Parchola. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you disembark, walk a short distance to the beach entrance which is accessible from PR-165.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Dorado. Start by cycling west on Calle McKinley, then turn onto PR-165. The ride to Playa Parchola is about 2.5 kilometers. There are designated bike lanes on parts of PR-165, so be cautious of traffic. Once you reach Playa Parchola, you can park your bike at the designated bicycle parking area.
