From El Yunque National Forest, head west on PR-191. Continue on PR-191 until you reach the intersection with PR-3. Take a left onto PR-3 and follow it for approximately 10 miles until you can merge onto PR-26, which leads toward San Juan. Continue on PR-26, and follow the signs for San Juan. After crossing the bridge, take the exit toward 'Calle San Juan' to enter Old San Juan. Once in Old San Juan, navigate to Villa Pesquera, C. P.º de la Princesa final #1. Look for Caribbean Chiliboats on your left. Parking may be available nearby, but expect to pay a fee depending on the area.

From El Yunque National Forest, the nearest public transportation option is to take a taxi or rideshare to the nearest bus stop on PR-3. You can catch a bus that heads towards San Juan. Once in San Juan, you should aim for the 'Sagrado Corazón' bus terminal. From there, take a taxi to Caribbean Chiliboats, located at Villa Pesquera, C. P.º de la Princesa final #1. Note that you'll need to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as services may vary. Expect to pay a fare for the bus and an additional fee for the taxi.
