To get to Jardín Botánico del Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico from El Yunque National Forest by car, start on PR-191 heading southwest. Continue on PR-191 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-66. Take the exit for PR-66 towards San Juan. After about 17 miles, merge onto PR-18 (Expreso de Diego). Follow PR-18 for about 4 miles until you reach exit 7B for Avenida José de Diego. Turn left onto Avenida José de Diego, and continue for about 1 mile. The Jardín Botánico will be on your left at 299 Avenida José de Diego, San Juan, 00912. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around $5.

If you prefer using public transportation, take a taxi or rideshare service from El Yunque National Forest to the nearest major bus terminal in Fajardo. From Fajardo, you can catch a bus to San Juan; the bus fare is typically around $3-$5.
