From the El Yunque National Forest Visitor Center, head east on PR-191 toward PR-3. Continue on PR-191 for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-3. Turn left onto PR-3 and continue for approximately 8 miles. You will pass through several small towns, and as you approach Luquillo, you will see signs leading you to the beach area. Keep an eye out for the signs for Luquillo Beach. Once you see the beach area, you can find parking nearby. Parking may cost around $5-$10 depending on the time of day.
