From the El Yunque National Forest Visitor Center, head east on PR-191 toward PR-3. Continue on PR-191 for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-3. Turn left onto PR-3 and continue for approximately 8 miles. You will pass through several small towns, and as you approach Luquillo, you will see signs leading you to the beach area. Keep an eye out for the signs for Luquillo Beach. Once you see the beach area, you can find parking nearby. Parking may cost around $5-$10 depending on the time of day.

Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take a bus from the nearby towns. From the El Yunque National Forest, you can catch a bus from the town of Río Grande. Look for the 'AMA' bus service that operates routes to Luquillo. The bus will take you along PR-3, and you should inform the driver that you are going to Luquillo Beach. The fare is typically around $1.50. Once you arrive in Luquillo, follow the signs to the beach area.
