From El Yunque National Forest, take PR-191 south towards PR-3. Merge onto PR-3 and continue for about 12 miles. Look for signs directing you to San Juan. Merge onto the PR-26 W (John Fitzgerald Kennedy Expy) towards San Juan. Continue on this road for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 1D toward Ave. Ponce de León. Continue straight until you reach the Parque Central de San Juan, located at CWRC+7F4, John Fitzgerald Kennedy Expy, San Juan, 00907. There is no entry fee for the park.
