Start at the central plaza (Plaza de Recreo) in Guayama. Head southeast on Calle Manuel A. Pérez towards Calle San Antonio. Continue straight on Calle Manuel A. Pérez for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-3. Cross PR-3 and continue straight onto Avenida Alberto A. Ríos. After about 0.7 miles, turn right onto Calle E. Ramos. Follow this road until you reach the bus terminal.
