Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the Isabela Plaza located at 18.4909° N, 67.0847° W. From the plaza, head southwest on Calle José de Diego for about 0.4 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-2. Turn right onto PR-2 and continue for about 0.7 miles. You will then turn left onto Bajura Road, which will take you toward the direction of El Mirador. Continue on Bajura Road for approximately 1.5 miles. You will find signs leading you to El Mirador; follow them carefully as the area can be a bit tricky. The final destination will be located at the coordinates 18.5137° N, 67.0727° W.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From your location in Isabela, make your way to the nearest bus stop on PR-2. Look for a bus that has 'Bajura' as a destination. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Bajura, disembark at the nearest stop and ask locals for directions to El Mirador, as it is a known local attraction. It is roughly a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the observation deck, following Bajura Road until you see the signs directing you to El Mirador.

  If you prefer a more direct option, you can use a local taxi service or rideshare app (if available). Simply request a ride to 'El Mirador de Isabela' or provide the driver with the coordinates 18.5137° N, 67.0727° W. The journey from central Isabela should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you may need to walk a short distance to the observation area, so be prepared for a short walk.
