Walking
If you are in Isabela, start at Plaza de Isabela in the town center. Walk south on Calle José de Diego until you reach the intersection with Route 2. Cross Route 2 and continue on Calle de la Playa, which will take you directly towards the coast. Follow the road as it curves into Avenida Borínquen. Stay on this road for about 2.5 miles (4 km). You will see signs for Punta Borinquen Beach as you approach. The beach entrance will be on your right. It is a pleasant walk, and you'll enjoy scenic views along the way.

Public Bus
From the Isabela town center, take the public bus labeled 'Aguadilla' that departs from the main bus terminal. Inform the driver that you are heading to Punta Borinquen Beach. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to Borínquen Ave. From there, walk towards Borínquen Ave for about 0.5 miles (800 meters), and the beach will be on your left.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Isabela. Start from the town center and head south on Calle José de Diego. Once you reach Route 2, take a left and then quickly turn right onto Calle de la Playa. Pedal along this road, enjoying the coastal views, and continue onto Avenida Borínquen. After about 2.5 miles (4 km), you will reach Punta Borinquen Beach. There are bike racks available near the beach entrance.
