Walking
From the center of Isabela, start at Plaza de Isabela. Head southwest on PR-2 (Carretera #2) towards Aguadilla. After about a 15-minute walk, you will reach the intersection with Cliff Rd. Continue straight until you see a sign for Surfer's Beach. The beach is located just off Cliff Rd, and you will see the ocean as you approach.

Public Transport
From Isabela, catch a public bus (Guagua) towards Aguadilla. You can pick up the bus at any main bus stop in Isabela. Inform the driver you are going to Surfer's Beach. The bus will take you along PR-2, and you will need to get off at the stop closest to Cliff Rd. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the beach.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the central park in Isabela. Head south on PR-2 and follow the road for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Cliff Rd. Turn left onto Cliff Rd, and continue for about 1 kilometer. Surfer's Beach will be located on your right.
