If you are in the town center of Isabela, start at Plaza de Isabela. From the plaza, head northwest on Calle José de Diego. Continue on this road for about 0.5 miles until you reach PR-2. Cross the road carefully and continue straight onto Calle Manuel Fernández Juncos. Follow this road for about 0.6 miles. You will arrive at a fork in the road; take the left towards Carr. 446. Walk for about 0.3 miles until you see signs for Shacks Beach. Follow the signs to the beach entrance.

Locate a local bus stop in Isabela, specifically on PR-2. Take the Guajataca bus route heading towards Aguadilla. Inform the driver you want to get off at the Shacks Beach stop. The bus ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, walk towards the beach entrance which is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Isabela. Start from the town center and head northwest on Calle José de Diego. Continue to PR-2 and take a left onto Calle Manuel Fernández Juncos. Follow the road until you reach the fork; take the left towards Carr. 446. Continue for about 1 mile, and you will see signs directing you to Shacks Beach. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your speed.
