Start your journey at the Luquillo Beach area. From there, head east on Route 3 until you reach the intersection with Route 191. Turn left onto Route 191 and continue walking for about 1.5 miles. Look for signs that indicate the path towards the El Yunque National Forest. Once you reach the forest entrance, pay attention to the marked trails. Follow the trail signs towards Los Pilones Waterfall, which will take you through beautiful scenery. The hike will lead you through lush vegetation and along the riverbank, approximately 1 mile from the forest entrance. Keep an eye out for trail markers to ensure you stay on the right path.

From Luquillo, walk to the nearest bus stop along Route 3. Board the public car (shared taxi) heading towards Canóvanas. Inform the driver that you want to go to Los Pilones Waterfall.
