From the center of Manatí, head west on Calle Caguas until you reach the intersection with Calle San Antonio. Turn right onto Calle San Antonio and continue straight for about 1 mile. You'll pass local shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards the Manatí River. Once you reach the river, turn left onto the path that leads to the riverbank. Follow the riverbank for approximately 0.5 miles until you see signs for Manantial De Guayaney. The entrance will be on your right, marked by a small trail leading towards the water.

Starting from the main square in Manatí, locate the bus stop for the local public bus (Guaguas). Take the bus heading towards the nearby town of Vega Baja.
