Walking
From the center of Manatí, head west on Calle Caguas until you reach the intersection with Calle San Antonio. Turn right onto Calle San Antonio and continue straight for about 1 mile. You'll pass local shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards the Manatí River. Once you reach the river, turn left onto the path that leads to the riverbank. Follow the riverbank for approximately 0.5 miles until you see signs for Manantial De Guayaney. The entrance will be on your right, marked by a small trail leading towards the water.

Public Bus
Starting from the main square in Manatí, locate the bus stop for the local public bus (Guaguas). Take the bus heading towards the nearby town of Vega Baja. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop near the intersection of Route 2 and the road leading to the Manatí River. From there, walk down the pathway towards the river. Follow the path along the river for about 0.5 miles, and you will find the entrance to Manantial De Guayaney on your right.
