Walking
From the Plaza de Manatí, head northeast on Calle José de Diego towards Calle San José. Continue walking straight until you reach Avenida Roberto H. Todd. Turn left onto Avenida Roberto H. Todd and walk until you reach the intersection with Avenida Noel Estrada. Turn right onto Avenida Noel Estrada and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. The Túnel de Guajataca will be on your left side, look for the entrance which is easily noticeable.

From the central bus station in Manatí, take the bus labeled 'Isabela.' Inform the bus driver that you are going to Túnel de Guajataca. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the stop near Avenida Noel Estrada, get off and walk about 200 meters. The tunnel entrance will be on your right, just past a small parking area.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Plaza de Manatí and head northeast on Calle José de Diego. When you reach Avenida Roberto H. Todd, turn left. Continue on Avenida Roberto H.
