From various locations in the San Juan Metropolitan Area, take the public bus route (such as the "T5" or "T21") that heads towards Old San Juan. Continue on Calle Norzagaray until you arrive at FV9Q+CV3, which is the location of El Espigón (La Garita del Diablo). The bus fare is approximately $0.75.
