If you're driving, start by heading to Route 10, which is one of the main highways in the South Region. From Ponce, take Route 10 northbound. Continue on Route 10 for about 30 minutes until you reach the exit for Route 143. Take the exit towards Jayuya and merge onto Route 143. Follow Route 143 for approximately 15 minutes, and you will see signs for Bosque Estatal Toro Negro. Turn onto 5C5P+59M and follow the road until you reach the entrance of the park.

To reach Bosque Estatal Toro Negro via public transportation, you will first need to get to the nearest city with a bus terminal, which is Ponce. From Ponce, look for the public bus service that goes to Jayuya. Once you arrive in Jayuya, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to 5C5P+59M. Inform the driver that you want to go to Bosque Estatal Toro Negro. The ride should take approximately 20 minutes from the center of Jayuya.
