Car
If you're driving from the southern part of Puerto Rico, take Route 52 North towards San Juan. Continue on Route 52 until it merges into Avenida Luis Muñoz Marín. Follow signs for San Juan and merge onto PR-1 North. After approximately 10 miles, take the exit for PR-25 towards Old San Juan. Follow the signs for Old San Juan, and once you reach the area, look for parking as street parking can be limited. The closest parking lots are located near Calle San Sebastián. From the parking area, Parque de las Palomas is about a 10-minute walk. Head towards C. Tetuán, and you will find the park at FV7J+HWR.

To reach Parque de las Palomas using public transportation, locate a bus terminal in the South Region. Use the public bus service (AMA) and take a bus heading towards San Juan. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Plaza de Colón in Old San Juan. From there, the park is a short 5-minute walk. Head towards C. Tetuán and follow the signs for Parque de las Palomas. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as services may vary.
