Public Transportation (Guaguas)
Look for the local guaguas (shared vans) that travel towards the Fajardo area. You can catch one near the ferry terminal or the main square in Isabel Segunda. Ask the driver to drop you off near 'Luquillo Beach'. Be prepared for a journey that may take around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on stops.

If you enjoy cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Vieques. Start your journey from the town of Isabel Segunda, heading east on PR-201. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with PR-3. Turn left onto PR-3, then follow the road signs leading to Luquillo Beach. This ride will take about an hour, depending on your speed.
