Walking
If you are in the town of Isabel Segunda, start by heading southeast on Calle San Jorge toward Calle Rosa. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Cll Munoz Rivera. Turn left onto Avenida Cll Munoz Rivera and walk until you reach the ferry terminal. From there, take the ferry to the island of Vieques. Once you reach Vieques, you can either walk or take a local taxi to your destination.

If you are at the Vieques Ferry Terminal, you can take a taxi directly to Surfing Puerto Rico. Inform the driver that you'd like to go to A2 -B, Cll Herminio Diaz Navarro, La Pared Beach. The ride should take around 20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your ride.

Bicycle Rental
For a more adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle from a local shop in Vieques. Head southeast from the rental shop towards the coast. Follow the coastline on the main road, and look for signs directing you to La Pared Beach. The destination will be on your left side once you reach Cll Herminio Diaz Navarro. This route offers stunning views of the ocean.
