Follow signs for Cabo Rojo and then Route 301. Turn onto Route 301 and follow it until you reach the entrance of Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre de Cabo Rojo at Pole Ojea, Cabo Rojo 00622. The total drive is approximately 2 hours.
