    To reach Cerro de Punta from any location within Yunque National Forest, first exit the forest by taking Route 191 towards Route 66. Continue on Route 66 until you reach the intersection with Route 52. Take Route 52 towards Ponce. After approximately 15 miles, take exit 92 toward Jayuya. Continue on PR-10 until you reach the intersection with PR-143. Turn left onto PR-143 and follow the signs towards Jayuya. After about 10 miles, you will see signs for Cerro de Punta. Park at the designated area and follow the hiking trail to the summit.
