Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Yunque National Forest on PR-191. Drive along PR-191 until you reach the intersection with PR-988. Turn left onto PR-988 and continue for about 3.5 miles. Look for a small parking area on the right side of the road where you can park your vehicle. Make sure to check for any parking fees, which may vary.

Hiking
From the parking area, follow the clearly marked trailhead leading to Vereda Angelito. The trail is approximately 1 mile long and takes about 30-45 minutes to hike. The path is well-maintained, but be cautious of wet and slippery sections, especially after rain. Be sure to bring plenty of water and wear sturdy hiking shoes.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from San Juan to Luquillo. Once you arrive in Luquillo, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to PR-988. Inform the driver to take you to the Yunque National Forest entrance. From there, follow the same instructions as above to reach the parking area and hike to Vereda Angelito.
