From San Juan, take Route 52 South towards Ponce. Continue on Route 52 for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the exit for Route 10 towards Utuado. Follow Route 10 until you reach the intersection with Route 111. Turn onto Route 111 and follow the signs for Adjuntas. Once in Adjuntas, look for Route Panorámica (5686+G7R). The parking area for Mangó Waterfall will be on your left. The total drive from San Juan is about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic.
