Car
From the center of Arcadia Management Area, head west on Arcadia Road. Continue on Arcadia Road until you reach the intersection with Route 102. Turn left onto Route 102 South. After approximately 5 miles, take a right onto Lower River Road. Continue for about 2 miles, and you will find Blackstone River State Park on your left. There is no entrance fee for the park.
