From Arcadia Management Area, head southwest on Arcadia Road toward Route 102. Continue on Route 102 for about 9 miles until you reach the junction with Route 1. Merge onto Route 1 South and follow the signs for Newport. After approximately 15 miles, take the exit for Route 138 East toward Newport. Follow Route 138 until it merges into Thames Street.
